Coaching for people navigating life changes or challenging goals, with a little help from Rosy where it fits.
Years helping people become their best selves
Worldwide, or in person in the Netherlands
I know what it actually takes to go through a big life change, not the tidy version, the real one. The three steps forward and one step back. The confusion before things make sense. The frustration when progress stalls. The exhilaration when something clicks.
If you're in the middle of an important transition right now, a career you've outgrown, a relationship that's changed shape, or a life stage that's asking something new of you, you probably know exactly what I mean.
I'm no stranger to any of it myself. I relocated to a different country in my 20s, initiated three major career changes, rebuilt after a significant relationship change, and watched my kids leave the nest and move to other countries themselves, to name a few.
Helping people find their footing and move forward, carried into my professional life too. I spent 30 years in HR and leadership development, supporting people around the world to become their best selves in a corporate context. Opening this practice, with the help of dogs when it makes sense, is simply the next chapter of that same work. I'm currently completing my certification through the International Coaching Federation, the leading global body for professional coaching standards, so you're working with someone held to a clear code of ethics and practice.
If any of this lands with you, I'm excited to help and would love to know you're here. Join the waitlist below and I'll follow up personally.
I will be your advocate, your truth teller, and your supporter, whatever the moment calls for. Being honest with you does not mean judging you for where you are, I can tell you what I see clearly while still being fully on your side. I believe people already hold the answers to their own questions. My job is to help you find them, whether that means challenging you to reflect on what matters most to you now, building on strengths you already have, thinking something through out loud, or getting clear on what you actually think is true.
I will help you turn your ideas into concrete plans, build the kind of self-accountability that actually works for you and support you to actively love your life - the triumphs and setbacks - as a beautiful part of the journey.
There's real science behind why a dog changes the room. Dogs have a way of calming the nervous system, helping people let their guard down, and feel safe enough to be honest with themselves.
I've seen this firsthand in my volunteer work with therapy dogs. Some people went from closed off to open and present the moment a dog was there with them. That's the state where insight and breakthroughs happen. More on this on Instagram @coaching_with_rosy, if you want to go deeper.
We can create that result, dog or no dog. For some people, a dog can simply be a faster track to get there. If you'd rather work with me without a dog, our partnership will be just as full, just as real, and just as capable of changing everything.
A structured programme to help you work through challenging situations, relocation, work pressure, pre-burnout, or any audacious goal, and come out the other side with a clear path forward and in good health.
You moved for someone else's career. That comes with its own particular losses — identity, professional network, sense of purpose. These sessions are specifically for partners working through the adjustment of relocation.
The same coaching, with Rosy involved where it adds real value. In person, in the Netherlands.
Purposeful sessions using Rosy as an engagement anchor to help children build confidence, ease social anxiety, and settle into a new school or language environment. Calm, structured, and child-led.
A gentle, evidence-based reading programme where children read aloud to Rosy. Non-judgmental and calming — particularly effective for children reading in a second language or anxious about reading aloud. Available for schools and home sessions.
I'm currently completing my International Coaching Federation credential, expected by the end of 2026. Certification isn't just a formality. It means my coaching is grounded in a recognized ethical and professional standard, so you can trust not just my experience, but the process behind it.
Leave your details below and I'll follow up personally right away, so we can start getting to know each other before coaching begins later this year.
